Infants, toddlers, kids, teens and families are all welcome at Om Sweet Om Yoga. This beautiful studio in Port Washington offers the following classes: Buddahful Baby & Me (for moms/dads and their infants to restore, revitalize and connect); Kids Yoga; Teen Yoga; and Family Yoga. Yoga instructor Gail Grossman is certified in YogaKids® and other programs and has been teaching yoga to kids for over 7 years. They also offer customized birthday parties!

Offers fun yoga classes for kids of all ages. There are over 25 classes wach week including: Yogibaby (moms and infants/active crawlers); children’s classes starting as young as 5; and also a special teen yoga class for ages 13 and up. One of our favorites is the “family” yoga class where parent and child can participate in a class together. They also offer yoga birthday parties!
